      Good - despite growing pains

      Pros

      Remote, good peers, and a solid mission statement (raise the standard of healthcare for everyone) - and the fact we are delivering on that mission.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking compared to inflation - similar to many companies though. Growing pains within the company causing severe burnout in some areas due to understaffing. Currently a pressure-cooker with tension in various departments - I have hope for the future that we'll overcome the growing pains though.

      Work from home, nice co workers, flexable schedule

      Cons

      Pay is low, the CEO always says to call him if there are issues and you're not getting a solution. I emailed him over 10 days ago and not response or acknowledgement. I guess he didn't mean what he said. My opinion of Owen has plummeted after that. It makes me wonder what eles he's not being honset about.
