This is a flexible w-2 job which allows you to get provide excellent patient care from wherever members are.

Cons

Poor pay. Salary breaks down to about $4200 a month. Which is nothing in 2023.

Thank you for this feedback. The Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be challenging to navigate. However, our data shows that the overall compensation package is in-line with the market.
