Pros

The company really does seem to care about the healthcare of people. Everyone I met was friendly.

Cons

Everything was manually done. A lot of time is dedicated to just getting information from one system into another. Work life balance wasn’t the best, especially if you have a family. No standard close processes. Accounting and finance aren’t safe from layoffs. So you’ll either be cut, or will absorb the work of those who were cut.

Poor management and even worse training. They do not utilistaff well and do not utilize software appropriately.
