We also hear your concerns around systems and software, something we're constantly evaluating to ensure employees are set-up for success. We encourage you to share this feedback with your Manager or Talent Partner so they can dive deeper into this feedback with you.

Pros

Great mental health services for clients.

Cons

Recruiters are overworked. Given unrealistic hiring goals. Company refuses to raise pay for Therapist to ensure they are equitable in the market. Training is horrible. No clear expectations hiring goals change over night. Changed sourcing and recruiting platforms every other quarter. Soon as you get comfortable learning a new system or process its changed. No diversity, no 401k match instead they layoff employees.

Particularly as we look to make these changes, we encourage you to bring this feedback to your Manager or Talent Partner so they can dive deeper with you, and help put it into action.
