Pros

Awesome direct management with supportive team. Great benefits, until recently

Cons

Expect your pay and benefits to decrease on a regular basis. Promises the World, delivers on nothing. Get everything in writing, however, even then you will be advised at every turn (or change in pay) to “sign or resign”. Pay is not in alignment with even the lowest paying state (in the US). Worked there 2 years, had 5 changes in contract, each time with a decrease in annual compensation. Instead of “Included Health” it should be called “Excluded Health”, as if you are not an identified “minority” on their radar, you will be excluded.

The Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be challenging to navigate. However, our data shows that the overall compensation package is in-line with the market. We recommend reaching out to your Manager or Talent Partner for additional support in navigating your particular situation.

Pros

There is a lot of clinical autonomy, while still offering connection through regular consultations. Zero challenges with filling your schedule. You get paid if a client misses an appointment, late cancellations, or system cancellations. Zero administrative duties or need for advertising.

Cons

Company benefits are only offered to employed staff, not independent contractors. Very little benefits for part-time.

This balance of autonomy, while also having support with the administrative parts of your practice, is exactly what we strive to provide for all of our Behavioral Health Clinicians. So great to hear this has been your experience. Thanks for all you do.
