      The positive company culture, the opportunity to genuinely make a difference in people’s lives, the way the company really lives out its mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, the open top-down communication, and the way employees are recognized and celebrated for their work.

      Cons

      There have been growing pains through the company’s expansion: rapid change in workflows, sometimes unclear communication within service lines, barriers within workflows, product/platform design that can sometimes add to work.

      Pros

      The value within the company is exemplified perfectly with the name. Coming to work for IH has been one of the best decisions i've made. Truly, the best company i've ever worked for. Not only are they constantly looking to innovate and see where they can do better, but also are just as immersed in caring for and impacting its own employees. They understand success comes from within and without fail nourish the roots to continue the path of success we're on.

      Cons

      With us being so new and being the creators of the path we are walking, comes a lot of change. This means constantly finding ways to make things better and that could be system changes or workflow changes.
