Thanks for your feedback - we take your review seriously, particularly as we've done thoughtful analysis to ensure our compensation practices are equitable and competitive. The new Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be complex to understand. However, our data supports that our overall compensation package is in-line with the market. Time off policy is great.

Cons

They stopped contributing to 401K. Many changes and growing rapidly. Upper Management doesn't have a clue how to work the daily processes and they continue to make unnecessary changes.
