Family oriented leadership. Employees are well taken care of. Great teammates. Fun work environment and company culture. Open/unlimited PTO. Great health insurance. Transparent salaries.

Cons

It’s hard to get promoted. If you work on a team with workaholics, it’s near impossible. But, I’ve worked at Indeed for almost 4 years and I couldn’t imagine working for any other company.

Great company, does not know what clients truly want

Pros

Great training, very kind inclusive culture, pay is good but base pay puts you in a smaller tax bracket meaning HIGH taxes to your bonus (most of your pay)

Cons

Does not see the "want" from clients and tries too hard to implement change where it is NOT needed. Constantly tries to "improve" technology while simultaneously removing key functions that clients like to use, leading to churn. New technologies are simply not good enough and scalable for clients to truly buy in. There is a massive disconnect between OKR's and what clients are truly striving for with their commitment to us.

The pay is pretty low for the job market, especially in the Bay Area. The location is not very convenient. People are commuting from all over
