Good benefits, friendly co-workers, decent base pay, amazing amenities.

Cons

Quotas ramp up extremely fast. Your book of business will dry out in a few days and all that's left to pick are people who have been called nonstop so it's impossible to start a conversation. The ends justify the means. If you can meet your quota it doesn't matter if someone was left unsatisfied or confused by your high-pressure sales pitch.

Bonuses/stipends, Mental health Fridays, Hands-on support while training, Company-issued equipment, IT department for troubleshooting. All general perks of working for a corporation

Cons

Do not work in the Client/Customer Success role. Clients call in ready for you to feel their wrath. It is hard to make hires in the country, and apparently, it is your fault. The numbers for productivity are astronomical and you will never take enough calls in a day to satisfy management. You are expected to email clients, but this must be done during taking calls with other clients.
