Pros

competitive salary and benefits great culture and people executive mgmt focused on employees’ prof growth which in turn grows the company excellent training opportunities

Cons

need more all hands employee engagements type of events/opportunities. since covid, this has slowed down a bit

Pros

Great place to work !! Great group of people, challenging projects, multi-talented group of people who bring forth the passion towards the IT data analytics work, lot of growth opportunities and diversity in the type of work. Most importantly, the ease of access to senior and executive management irrespective of the level the employee is at, that shows the importance every single individual is given at the firm. At last we have a small business employer who hires people for the organization and not for a given project --- Why? Did I say that we have a great group of people :)

Cons

want to be in the office more to enjoy the amenities of our new office and to interact with people --- can't wait for Covid phase to be over
