1. Excellent and supportive Senior Management at the company who work extremely hard and think long-term. They provide great leadership, mentoring, invest in their staff, and communicate honestly about company goals, expectations, and needs. They also do a great job rewarding and recognizing hard work and success. 2. In my six months at the company grown tremendously as a professional. I have been given the ability to learn and grow at this company in my current role, while also being given exposure to learn and develop new skills that will give me the opportunity to grow as a professional. 3. The culture of the company is excellent. People are always positive, up-beat and focused on trying to succeed as a company. I am always happy to be in the office and among my coworkers. 4.
