Terrible management, particularly in HR. Obvious bias toward specific groups/people where if you are NOT part of the favored group, you are an outcast. Do not expect any accountability if you are white and/or male. All others, expect to NOT be supported or valued. Leadership does not even bother to hide it's favoritism. This is evident across all of HR, and likely started from the top. No opportunity for advancement due to merit, but rather thru favoritism.

Pay is lack luster. Upper management doesn’t seem to really care about you. Policies are ridged and uncaring of employees, needs reform on most levels. They like to pay ceos and admins more while they’re on the floor employees are stressed and under paid. Benefits are “industry standard”, otherwise known as not great.
