Pros

Good reputation in community. It is a pleasure to hear patients' comments, but wondering how much that will change as the culture changes. It's bound to have an effect. Great co-workers.

Cons

Recent reduction in force has lowered morale considerably. Hard to understand rationale for cutting the positions that were eliminated while nothing happened at the top. Hard to see landscaping while long-time workers lose their jobs. Or the nurse who was given a new position as a promotion less than a month before the new position was eliminated.
