Human Resources doesn't tend to be very friendly or helpful in times of need. Especially when asking questions about your supervisor....Also, many times I noticed those of us in the Corporate Communications department weren't considered for management positions as people were brought from the outside. Not good! Hurts moral and gets people to start looking for other positions with more upward mobility!

Corporate management gives wishy-washy answers for why they are cutting our pay, and won't be forthcoming on when these cuts will stop, if ever. Health insurance costs are pretty steep for not that great of coverage.
