      Pros

      I really liked my time at IU Health, which was a time of great transition as the organization went under one name. A feeling of pride was evident.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the organization grew too fast and lots of operational issues persist. A disconnect between upper mgmt and day-to-day staff exists.
