      Pros

      Laid back work atmosphere, above-avg pay, and room to learn a variety of skills. Staff is friendly and fun. Understanding and flexible supervisors. Interact with interesting area studies faculty from around the US.

      Repetitiveness of work. Not enough hours given.

      Pros

      I have only worked part-time with IU, but I was fairly satisfied. I think they pay a pretty fair hourly wage for their part-time workers--I believe the minimum they pay now is $8.50. I have always had really great co-workers here and consider many of them close friends.

      Cons

      Across all of the jobs I've worked here, I've felt a general sense of disorganization. At times it seemed there was an asymmetry of information between management and employees, as well as between co-workers. This was especially frustrating in regards to employee training.
