Pros

Lots of flexibility in schedule and work week/day. In this position I am allowed to work abbreviated work weeks, or to alter my hours on a day to day basis to meet my personal needs. This is especially helpful if you have small children or a lot of family obligations

Cons

Pay is not very good for this level and no room to move up. I have been here for two years and there is no chance for improvement, nor am I encouraged to learn new skills. I would liken the kind of work I do a lot of the time to being a line worker at a factory. If you are just looking for job it's ok, but it doesn't make a good career.

Pros

There are many opportunities for advancement, and they assist you in furthering your education. Human Resources really wants the employees to be happy, so they offer different half-day sessions to help you with situations that arise in the work place.

Cons

A lot of the people that work in management have "education credentials" but no work experience. This can make it a difficult environment to work in when they don't know anything about computers or technology.

Pros

easy, convenient, flexible hours bosses are nice, and coworkers are relatively fun. its laid back so its easy to deal with. the hours can be set up according to your schedule, even hours for a insomniac, since its 24 hours

Cons

no where to go within the organization. its a dead end job the job is incredibly boring and no one really cares about what you do sometimes if your preferred times are not available you could be expected to work at all sorts of random hours and thats never really that much fun. bottom line is that this job takes you no where.
