Pros

Kind and welcoming Team that creates time to answer questions.

Cons

Poor Organizational Structure The company's organizational structure is chaotic and inefficient. There is a distinct lack of clear roles and responsibilities, which leads to frequent overlaps and confusion. This disorganization permeates all levels of the company, making it difficult to establish a coherent workflow or a collaborative working environment. Dysfunctional Project Management Office (PMO) The Project Management Office at Inductive Health is notably problematic. The PMO lacks the ability to communicate respectfully and constructively with team members, often creating a hostile work environment. The leadership style within the PMO is combative, leaning more towards creating conflicts rather than fostering teamwork and cooperation. This toxic atmosphere stifles productivity and morale among the staff. Lack of Product Credibility A major red flag for any prospective client or employee is the company's habit of selling products that do not exist. Inductive Health has a troubling pattern of marketing and selling solutions that are neither developed nor in the pipeline for development. This practice severely undermines the company's credibility and suggests a fundamental lack of integrity and transparency in its business operations. Guidance and Accountability Issues New project managers should be prepared for a lack of proper guidance. Senior PMs often maintain a close, personal relationship with the PMO leader, who operates more like a dictator than a supportive manager. This dynamic creates an environment where accountability is virtually nonexistent, as senior staff are shielded from criticism and responsibility. Consequently, new PMs are left to navigate the company's complexities with little to no support, leading to high frustration and turnover rates. Overbearing CEO Involvement Contrary to the relaxed and supportive environment pitched during the interview process, the reality at Inductive Health is quite different. The CEO is excessively involved in the daily operations, micromanaging tasks that should be handled by the respective departments. This over-involvement stifles autonomy and innovation, creating a stressful and restrictive work atmosphere. Lack of Diversity Inductive Health also falls short in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. The company's demographic makeup is homogenous, lacking the multicultural diversity that many job seekers value and seek in a modern workplace. This lack of diversity can lead to a narrow perspective on problem-solving and innovation, further detracting from the company's potential to grow and succeed in a global market.

Pros

I feel like I have a voice in the organization and the leadership team cares about my input. They want to listen, make changes, and to continue to improve. Flexible working environment and they understand we have lives outside of work. My manager works with me and has always been flexible with time off.

Cons

With a smaller organization experiencing a lot of rapid growth, there will always be growing pains. I think if you are the type of person who knows how to manage yourself, you're a self-starter and internally motivated, then you will do well here.
