Pros

Some of the people are nice.

Cons

Super disorganized. People are afraid of the leaders and leaders don’t hold themselves accountable. So much micromanagement. Terrible benefits. Employees don’t stick around for long…they either leave or get fired. Just cogs in a machine.

Not a great company for long term

Pros

Flexible hours, work from home, no formal PTO policy, good people to work with

Cons

-Really high turnover, -underpaid with minimal bonus, -employees are overworked and stretched thin across multiple projects/ activities -no 401k match or real benefits package -no one really takes time off -organization structure changes frequently causing confusion -not even remotely a people focused company and it’s very obvious
