Pros

Nice coworkers, very flexible with PTO/time off

Cons

Leadership (CEO, COO, CGO) are all out of touch with reality. You reach out to them nonstop for help, they never answer, then you get blamed for "dropping the ball" when they really just pay 0 attention to anyone they don't think is worthy of their time. This company is run on a hierarchy - leadership is too busy and too important to take the time to help those "lesser" employees. There is zero HR/onboarding/administrative department and zero organization within the entire company. They will let go of their employees with no warning and no explanation as to why. They want to underpay you to overwork you. I advise anyone interviewing to steer clear of this company entirely.
