      Good stable company to work for

      Pros

      Good company to work for. Lots of projects and salary is competitive. Top management long term focused.

      Cons

      Too much paperwork and bureaucracy. Merger with International Rectifiers has been a disaster for the North american R&D centers. Most mid-level managers from IR at the helm who do not understand the processes and long term objectives of the company. Short-terminism is prevalent.

      Adequate office and cubicle spacing, good benefits if you are a direct hire, mostly friendly culture.

      Cons

      Often no room for promotion, contract employees get thrown under the bus often, difficult to get financing to approve expenses.

      None, there are no benefits other than a lower than average paycheck.

      Cons

      Wow where do I start. Management is completely dishonest, No opportunity for growth, nobody cares about quality, no support whatsoever. They say they are committed to equal opportunity and diversity but almost all management is male and german.
