Low pay. Little increment. No manpower

Reprimanded for falling sick. Late OT payments. Did not inform client that employee is a new sub con. No proper under study for a fresh grads. Never sign their contract. They fail on their part but still expect me to serve their terms and conditions which I did by being a bigger person. I have a theory that they hire newbies to use and abuse them. Found out a secondary school friend and a friend of a friend quitting around the same time as me.
