Business Outlook
Pros
- Extra time can be used to explore and learn skills/things (whether IT related or not) - Users were relatively understanding in an office environment (may not be the same at other sites)
Cons
- Relatively low salary as compared to other companies for the wide and improperly defined job scope - Contact within the company to acquire information on Leaves/Salary or general information often go ignored or take a long time before getting a response - IT team that I was assigned to had poor management. Superiors occasionally throw work to us that they are required to do and don't communicate as much as they should, leading to multiple clashes in schedule and projects (for my site)
