      Pros

      There are lot of benefits company provide which saves your lot of taxes like NPS contribution from Employer side, Car Lease, Telephone and Internet reimbursement, Meal Card, LTA Etc

      Cons

      Only Cause which I found was if you are deployed in any project and if you want to change it then it difficult to move on
