      Good management, family-like environment. you can make good friends here. Learning is part of performance measurement criteria. Onshore opportunities. Management really tries to send employees onshore.

      Cons

      As a service-based company, the clients are the ultimate judge. Appraisals are arbitrary and one-sided, with a lot of politics and favoritism.
