Pros
A good company and excellent top most, have a good vision and capability to grow.
Cons
working on a profile which doesn't allow to inherit the culture of company. project working is not handled properly, my immediate reporting management don't bother about the family life of their subordinates. lost the family life, choice was mine but when tried to take out the time for same was not allowed to do so.
