      Remote work. Thats really it

      Cons

      Too many hours, forced to work Christmas due to management screwing up. No communication. No raises. No room to grow. Terrible leadership. They love to treat people like trash. Was not allowed to use PTO. Mandatory 11pm-12pm phone calls.

      No employer match for 401k. WHen asked why, the answer is "we just don't." Bare bones insurance The most onerous onboarding process ever Duplicate background checks and drug tests HR is only reachable through email, no calls, no teams meetings No one on one communication. All comms happen in massive group settings. Duplicate or triplicate timesheets.
