      Really good package, although, lot of discrepancies while payout as HR is down to pathetic.

      Cons

      No IJP's - Absolutely no healthy way of promotions. Totally biased. Salary issues - Never get your incentives or salary as promised on right day or by amount. HR is absolutely weak. - no clue about policies or package and no ER. WOuld be asked to work any number of days at any time and would't have an option to say NO to it. Senior management very unprofessional.
