Business Outlook
Pros
1) Lot's of flexibility, no face time 2) Meritocracy - if you perform, there is no limit to how far you can go 3) The company does take care of those who have been loyal to it over the long haul - I have seen major accommodations made to keep people on the job during long protracted illnesses
Cons
1) Lack of communication between remote offices 2) The best opportunities always seem to go to people in the head office, but I guess this is true for all companies to some extent.
