      Good for freshers to start if they don't have job , no job scurity for anyone even for freshers , no good salary hikes .

      Good for the beginners and colleagues are very helpful.

      Management is not good and Project Managers rules the company .Very long working hours no staurdays and no sundays every day 24X7 working with restless.
