      Pros

      latest technologies to learn Training and external training session provided if u have to work in new technology Career growth is there if you got good team New technologies used in the project Hike is good compared to other companies

      Cons

      only one big client , fully dependent on it working hours is more/ have to stay late night and have to work weekend almost through out the year :( U ll not get the right compensation according to your years of experience and work salary is very less for freshers. HR people only will get ample of time to play the olympiad

      flexible timings and good work and personal life balance

      Cons

      Management doesn't have any vision. Senior Vp of BU doesn't know the importance of a present employee. Great partiality from the upper management (politics is too high) VP doesn't know who is good and who is not. He is in middle of so many fools because he is also a fool.
