No job security, contractors won't have other job options

Less job security. Once project is over you possess no value to the company (most service based companies follows the same). You need to learn by yourself from open source if you want to learn new technology for career growth, spend your own money to get any kind of good certification. They will reimburse the certification amount but process is too hectic .

1. Not much clarity at organisation policy level 2. No on-site opportunities though they have US based clients 3. Very limited projects 4. No job security as multiple layoffs happened in last one year 5. No HR process completes on time 6. Appraisal and increments are at lower end of the market average

Job security is very low.

Very Toxic culture and Mismanagement. If you going to join as a senior, Please read it care fully. They don’t have many projects so in case they find, you handled all the work so they force you to transfer the knowledge to junior associate, Once you done it So they will trying to release you from Project. Once you release from Project, Your notice Period will be start on bench. Their hybrid work environment means you need to work 3 days from office, In case you taking your leaves on office day (MON-WED) so you need to compensate that WFO on another day (Fri-Sun) No Job Security!

No appraisal or very less appraisal. No learning at all. They are running some sweet shops with no job security of employees and facilities. Not a nice place to work.
