No cons as such its just workload is not evenly distributed

Workload can increase during releases. Documentation sometimes lacks standard structure. Need better cross-team communication processes. Some tools require frequent troubleshooting. On-call duties can be stressful.

The demanding workload can lead to stress and burnout, which may impact productivity and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, while the company promotes collaboration, there are occasional communication gaps between departments that can hinder project progress. These gaps often result in misunderstandings or delays, making it crucial to find ways to improve inter-departmental communication. Lastly, resource constraints can pose challenges, as project teams sometimes lack the necessary tools or personnel to meet tight deadlines effectively.

Not great salary hikes, Project management team doesnt give planned tasks instead push it to you at the end and expect you to work for long hours and also they aren't ready to give the old workers hikes instead hire new workers with more CTC and expect you to give KT to experienced resources. No quality hiring because the senior they hired had experience and all poor thing didnt know anything about the project. Can't blame the workers because the HR's dont align their roles with the roles they applied
