      Pros

      Infinite has a friendly work environment that promotes healthy competition between peers by setting defined goals and monthly targets. These goals though challenging are realistic and monitored closely. The management is open to suggestions and nurture innovation in the team. A major benefit would be flexible work timings, which is specially missing in most US staffing companies where employees are expected to report on clock. The company understands thay you can be late by a few minutes and there are no salary deductions. Being a mid sized organization, hard work pays off and your contribution is often recognized and appreciated.

      Cons

      One of the major areas of improvement will be a lack of cafeteria especially for those working nights. While we do have provisions for tea and snacks available for employees, a full fledged canteen would be ideal.
