Started as a Recruiter 5 years back and now working as Sr. Resource Manager, company have gave me enough opportunities to prove myself in this whole journey. This is the best platform where I can appreciate my company by appreciating the management and the accounting team that till date they has been no delay in payment or commission. Also, management takes care of each and everything that has to taken care off either it could be event management or appreciations to the Juniors. I am making my career here and would suggest people to join Infinite Computing System and their value here and make their own career rest the company will take care of it.

They pay in right time but pay.
Cons
But, Anyway Pay is so low and they are treat consultant very badly. Account managers and President don't know how to behave with professionals. Money mongers and treat Engineers as commodities to make their commission.

My experience with Infinite Computing Systems was disappointing on multiple fronts. The constant micromanagement from HR and managers created a stifling work environment, hindering productivity and morale. Moreover, the company's disregard for corporate ethics was evident, with no action taken to address the informal behavior of the company's driver towards employees. This lack of accountability and respect for employees' well-being made it challenging to thrive in such an environment. Overall, I cannot recommend Infinite Computing Systems due to its oppressive management style and ethical shortcomings.

Perfect place to work at if you are looking for a proper Career and have the ability to excel Good work-life balance Fair management at all levels and never had any issues regarding pay cheques Great location, barely 5 mins away from station

Excellent organisation in terms of people policies, great culture, and best in industry compensation. With this being my first ever Recruitment Job, there is a steep learning curve but as long as you stay with the process and keep a positive attitude the sky is the limit. I read some of the other reviews and not all of them are correct because fortunately i have got amazing managers who support their employees to grow.
