Pros

there are some great people to work with i have to say the pay is good and thats really about it

Cons

you are asked to sit there for 8 hours while there is .0001 seconds between calls and if you stop in whats called "follow" to catch your breath then you get yelled at b/c your not making the calls, then if your gone from your desk for too long (they say 5mins) you can get in trouble because your not making calls and making money for them, also if you ask corprate about why they have told you from day one if you say you are not calling for a donation then you DO NOT ask then all of a sudden since it shows up in the script its ok to ask for the donation b/c according to the president of the company "thats not are primary purpose" also if you have any issues to bring up my sups will listen but rarely does anything get done unless it leads to harder work and more money for the company.

Pros

Some of the people i work with thats nonmanagment. Otherwise there is nothing good about the company at all period.

Cons

Feel extremely under valued. Also extremely demoralize. Benefits not worth it. Tons of bs for so little. To many rule changes and scheduale changes. Told them no outbound calls. Ended up doing them anyway.

Pros

The people who don't use who they know to get to where they are at are very good to work with.

Cons

Rampant nepotism, lack of morals and ethics, incompetent VP level employees and higher based on who they are related to or are friends with, and a shift in focus away from our clients best interests to fattening the bottom line of the already highest paid.
