Serious issues with management

Pros

Alot of great people to work with . Gained alot of professional experience right out of college. Paid the bills.

Cons

Management at the call center level was extremely poor. Treats employees poorly. Workload for salaried employees is almost unmanageable. Does not really care about employees. " corporate" is really out of touch with what goes on in call center on day to day basis.

Not For Me

Pros

Work from home paid weekly.

Cons

Have to maintain a 0.76 index to stay employed with them. I was fresh out of training. I was on a call and got a message that if I did not have an index of 0.76 after five weeks I would be let go. Well, that hard to do when you have so many people telling you they don't have the money, or they already have the membership... or just STOP CALLING!

Painful and Deceptive

Pros

Easy and Remote with some room to grow.

Cons

You will be made to cold call people asking for money they don't have when nowhere in the job description did it say you would be doing so. The inbound programs are worth doing, but the outbound calls only seem to make people hate the causes we work for.
