Pros

It's not the worst place. Work life balance is good. Lots of people to meet since turnover in the call center is so high. Low pay and low expectations make imc a typical telemarketing vendor

Cons

Knowing people make $8 hr while most management is pulling 6 figures. Pyramid scheme. Cult of personality surrounding ownership. Major amounts of backstabbing and nepotism. Lots of nepotism.

Pros

You can work from home. They do pay you weekly.

Cons

No benefits . Most supervisors do not welcome questions regarding client programs. They are hyper- critical of your work and you are not rewarded when you excel. The turn over is huge. If their system is down you do not get paid and are required to make up the time.

Pros

One site physician and gyn. Good opportunity to develop skills for someone just out of high school or college.

Cons

Very little opportunity for advancement. If you are good at your job management will keep the person in the position regardless of their education or experience. Extreme cost cutting measures have occurred lately which have resulted in the elimination of many positions. Extremely stressful environment due to lack on consistency in procedures. What would get someone kudos one day would get someone fires the next day on the communicator level. Revolving door employment resulting in fewer people with adequate knowledge. The health insurance is a joke with high deductables. Employees pay a substantial amount of money but receive little benefit from the premiums paid.
