- Very family focused and encourages flexibility to allow family to be placed first. - So long as you hit your KPI you really do have a huge amount of flexibility - Great office and facilities, including an awesome I.T. team. - Great energy and people, including leadership. - Free high quality lunches and other benefits - Loads of employee schemes for training, growth, mental health etc...

- Brand new offices AU wide are really nice - Lots of perks: Full time barista in Syd, gym memberships, 5 additional leave days/year, lots of L&D, catered lunches daily, great benefits, great facilities on and off site (offices, boats, team bonding houses) constantly celebrating all cultural diversity days - The best part is the constant communication and full transparency around all decisions, what's coming up, why certain things are happening etc. open forum constantly to ask CEO questions directly, nothing dismissed or hidden
