      Good people and a fun place to work.

      Cons

      The head of the HR department is incompetent. He presents at different meetings and just sounds so fake. He made mistakes in the budget process and then a round of lay offs had to happen to fix his mistake and the process of the lay offs was done terribly with no communication to the business why people were just disappearing. He lost his whole team and from what I have heard, it is because of his leadership. No one in the business trusts him so no one reports things to him or goes to him for help.

      Solid effort made to create a fun office environment.

      Cons

      Truly unreasonable workload expectations and too many overtime hours just to keep up, and you better not complain. Their regular "are you happy?" surveys were just tick-the-box exercises and felt totally disingenuous.
