The benefits were decent enough.

Cons

Micromanagement, no clear career path to advancement, layoffs, lack of organization, no accountability. In my round of layoffs there were many of us who were members of the Trans community, in some way, effectively reducing the LGBTQ+ employees there by a large margin.

Nice people, the benefits on paper are good

They recently forced us to use 4 days of our own PTO to close for the Christmas to New Years holiday and I feel like I've been stolen from. I didn't quit over that but it was a factor. In the spring they laid off 10% and just left the managers who were next in line to pick up the pieces without any additional compensation or any latitude to re-adjust their own new teams. I know a manager who has been there two years, ended up running a department because her manager was fired and hasn't had a raise in two years, even when she ended up with two jobs. The People Ops people seem to be tasked with creating work and trainings.
