Management does not care about its employees and continue to underpay them, also do not listen to any feedback from the employees actually doing the work. Culture appears ok on surface but is toxic and gives obvious preferential treatment to higher paid teams. Made a big song and dance about flexible work and then rolled it back to suit business needs without considering employee feedback
