The production team is run by mean girls and there is no room for progression unless you are in the clique. There is no flexibility or trust in staff, you are treated like a child. The senior management team think plying everyone with alcohol is a good benefit. There is a creepy culture led by the ceo who is known for flirting with and dating employees and making crude comments at others expense.
