      Pros

      They shower you with free food, gifts, gym memberships. Fun culture

      Cons

      Well they shower you with gifts to disguise the fact that the salaries they give you are dismal. If you change roles it is “company policy” that they do not give you a pay rise which is a joke. Staff are lazy and the ones that do work their butts off are rarely recognised for good work and others can get away with the bare minimum

      Pros

      Perks (free coffee, free drinks and gym membership); which are standard across most tech companies. You get to be around young people

      Cons

      Poor leadership (unprofessional from the top down), minimal career progression and no opportunities to expand learning. Poor remuneration, they often pay the bare minimum and forget about getting a pay rise after excepting a poor salary. Management follows outdated strategies to promote individuals to managers. Only join if you are desperate for a job and nothing else is working for you.

      Company atmosphere, there are clear signs of bullying if you aren’t in the ‘in group’. Performance measures mean nothing if they wish to cease your employment. No appreciation High performance culture often includes numerous perks to hide the unsatisfying working conditions. This is one of those companies. High staff turnover
