Salary is way beneath the industry standard Lack of talent and processes which are conducive to a successful business Too many people promoted who don’t have the experience or quality to warrant it Lots of young and as such cheap employees. Initially I felt everyone was breathing the infotrack core values. After a few months I started feeling the upper management (not development team) is fake when they boast about our culture especially when nothing was told about the round of redundancies. There was no sincerity when they keep saying we are one big family. Some developers were assigned into support team for more than a year. Rotate developers if they are interested in working in new techs. Low salary and increments are not par with performance reviews. Poor communication between departments. No work from home. Even if someone at home is sick and need our support, they would ask us to take a sick leave rather than work from home. Very high employee turnover which make you feel uncomfortable.
