Pros

Most of the team are great to work with. We have each other’s backs and try to keep one another motivated.

Cons

Lots of micromanaging happening, not much support. We keep losing people. Every day most of us work very hard, but we’re just chasing our tails. Others barely contribute, put their teammates down and get away with it. Whenever feedback is given to managers nothing changes. We are trying to stay positive but it’s hard to imagine this will improve anytime soon. Infotrack isn’t a bad company, and the situation is probably different in other teams. But right now I can’t say this is a great place to work.

Pros

Free coffee and gym Work/life balance The bar is set pretty low so easy to stand out from average and young talent Low pressure environment Very welcoming team to join

Cons

Salary is way beneath the industry standard Lack of talent and processes which are conducive to a successful business Too many people promoted who don’t have the experience or quality to warrant it Lots of young and as such cheap employees. The balance between young and experienced employees is off. CEO who micro manages

Development team is good

Pros

I was in Infotrack's development team and I felt the team was awesome. The whole development team was like one big family. There is absolutely no politics within the team and I have never heard anyone talking bad about any other developer. Everyone are very supportive. We get to work with all the cool technologies. Development Managers are great, supportive and up to date with technologies. Nice perks like free coffee, breakfast, monthly massages, free fitness first membership, cool office, ping pong, xbox, friday drinks, probation and birthday celebrations etc.

Cons

Initially I felt everyone was breathing the infotrack core values. After a few months I started feeling the upper management (not development team) is fake when they boast about our culture especially when nothing was told about the round of redundancies. There was no sincerity when they keep saying we are one big family. Some developers were assigned into support team for more than a year. Rotate developers if they are interested in working in new techs. Low salary and increments are not par with performance reviews. Poor communication between departments. No work from home. Even if someone at home is sick and need our support, they would ask us to take a sick leave rather than work from home. Very high employee turnover which make you feel uncomfortable.
