Pros

Ive been here a couple months and love it, i feel right at home here, its a great place to work as a developers of all skill levels. There are weekly training sessions so new developers get up to speed really quickly.

Cons

I was abit skeptical of all the other reviews saying theres no cons, but after working here a couple of months i havnt found any yet, but if i do, i will update this review!

I have never worked at a place before where you walk in the door and the energy is tangible! InfoTrack is a company that has a clear vision and strong leadership. This means that everyone in the Company knows where we are heading and is excited about it. The targets and goals are always well known and celebrated, this gives the staff the motivation every day to do their role to the best of their ability as they can see how they are contributing to the goals and success of the company.

Cons

InfoTrack expect and demand the best from their staff. This is not a negative vibe however, this is a motivating and inspiring one. Staff and management will constantly challenge each other to be better, do better and think outside of the square while having fun along the way!

Career progression Fun and friendly culture Amazing people Loads of employee benefits and perks Employee recognition Loved my time working at InfoTrack, it is such fantastic company to work for with a lot of friendly staff. The hard work you put in will never go unrecognised.

Cons

People need to stop complaining about the benefits they receive and stop asking for more
