Great team atmosphere, good team bonding, great facilities.

Cons

Terrible terrible pay structure and lack of available promotions unless you are interest in sales. Starting pay on HelpDesk and Property Services starts at $35,000 and maxes out at $41,000 not including superannuation. Annual salary review past $41,000 cap is a merely $1-2000 per annum. Next position available is Customer Relationship Manager (basically Account Manager) however the salary review only occurs in January only, if you advance to this position you are expected to stay on your previous salary until this time. This position is based on a 5% commission of your sales but only applies for a period of time, not the duration that you are employed as a CRM. The salary increase is also roughly $6-7000 if you are able to negotiate that depending on your performance prior to the salary review.
