Pros

Good in office culture, passionate and transparent leaders, benefits and pay are great, company treats you well in terms of comp and travel

Cons

High stress due to rapid growth, most people work after hours/spread thin, folks don’t feel like they can take time off and boundaries are limited when people are out. This very much depends on the team you’re on. Also need WAY more women in leadership, feels like a bro’s club sometimes

Pros

- Hybrid for now but probably not much longer - Co-workers are mostly okay - HR seems to be on top of things since they got my first two reviews taken down and I’m having to write this for the third time…

Cons

- Pay is below market - Several individuals and esp. the top of finance leadership are egomaniacs - Sales hates us which makes daily life miserable - Random public lashings from leadership if they happen to be in a bad mood that day - Director+ in the finance org is awful. Some of them are strong technically but def not all. Some are straight trash and all are horrible people managers. The further up you go the worse it gets - Workload is unmanageable and everyone knows it but no one does anything to make it better. Other than having a WLB Committee that does absolutely nothing with zero power. Until we have the elusive “exit” that management has been talking about for the past 4 years the workload and understaffing won’t be getting any better - No one has any idea how to manage product refresh cycles even though we’ve done like half a dozen - Processes are horrible and juniors get blamed even though the leaders built most these processes
