Insurance was OK, some team members were cool

Jeez, where do I even begin? I had so much happen to me with this place. Almost 2 years with them and everything is terrible. Management is laughable, at most. HR has no idea what they are doing. Very shady business practices and promises are as hollow as the wind. No matter where you are, US or India, DO NOT work for this place. Stay FAR, FAR away. Who cares if it is work from home? Ethics lack extremely hard. If you are a professional, DO NOT give them any of your time,

Pros

Decent pay, but no raises or pay bands to understand where you'll fall. Promotion windows every two years with limited amount given unless you're in sales.

Cons

Little to no leadership from middle management. No team cohesion and comms are lacking from leaders. Offshore delivery is a mess.
