Pros

They dont touch you till the time client is paying for you.

Cons

There is no training, No resource management. Nothing that this company does to groom their resources. You just need to be at client side. They take the billing and give your share from this. Simple relationship between employee and company. They also brought many of their resources from india with international medical insurance with very limited coverage.Had to struggle get the medical issues addressed. Have not heard any company saving their cost on insurance and depriving their resources from medical treatment. Not a place to work for too long.

Pros

- Some of the old timers in middle management and lower roles are good. Have sound technical knowledge and good people to work with. - If you are in lower level roles like Dev Test etc, it is an OK company

Cons

- Beware of Hire and Fire policy .. If they is no project you will likely get fired even f you are no fault - No growth opportunities - Everything is wrong with the company. I have worked for Infogain for 6+ years. This company is going to the dogs! If you are in management position, you need to be in the good books of the COO/President, otherwise, no matter how good you are, you are basically considered useless. CEO and other CXOs have literally no say, they are just rubber stamps .. Everyone is just waiting to get out. I may be sounding like a disgruntled employee, but my only aim of this post is to warn potential candidates who are thinking of joining this sorry company .. My advice .. DON'T EVEN THINK. STAY AWAY. AVOID AT ALL COST!
